Hooria Suhaib is a licensed professional counselor practicing in OKC for the last six years. She started as an executive board member at SAF OKC in 2016. Hooria took on the role of SAF OKC Executive Director in June 2021. Hooria enjoys reading and spending time with her husband, three children and their family dog. She is passionate about serving through non-profits and engaging in continued learning education as a therapist. Her goal is to serve, inspire and empower other muslim women to take on leadership positions.
Makenzie Hutton graduated from University of Oklahoma in 2020 with a Bachelors in Community Health. She joined our team in Jan 2021 and is excited to stay true to her passion to serve the community.
Erum has been serving on Surayya Anne OKC Board since the organization spread its wings back in February 2016. She is a busy mother of 2 boys, working as a Physician Contract Manager with a Medical Consulting company. Erum has a Masters degree in Economics with Marketing/Advertising as her key areas of interest. Oklahoma has been home for Erum for past 15 years and she loves the close-knit family like community that surrounds her. She is also a part of an interfaith group out of Oklahoma City.
Tayyaba is a board certified Psychiatrist serving patients across OKC. She is the current vice president and has been part of the SAF OKC board since 2020.
Originally from Pakistan, Rabia recently moved to Oklahoma City in fall of 2017. Her background is in engineering and business administration. She wants to use her prior professional experience as a project manager to actively participate in Surayya Anne’s initiatives and make a positive impact on the community. She loves to travel, bake and her book club.
Nora just graduated from Mercy school, and is now a freshman in college at OU. She has been a part of Surayya Anne Juniors from the beginning 4 years ago, and has joined the Surayya Anne executive board this year in 2019! She is very excited for what the future holds for her with this organization and will be leading the advisor position of the Juniors group.
Sumera is a stay at home mom of 4 kids, venturing into being a full time artist, and an entrepreneur. Serving the community through the channel of safokc is an honor for her. Along with volunteering and painting, she likes to take classes to learn more about Quran, spend time in nature with her family, and do DIY home projects in her free time.
Dr.Saima Rizvi is a physician and has an MBA in health services. She has worked as Research coordinator at Stephenson cancer center from 2017-2018 and is currently a home maker.
Leena is a nutritionist by profession and a stay at home mommy of 3. In her free time she loves to do DIY projects around the house. SAF is close to her heart and she is looking forward to be actively involved in SAF to extend its mission..
