As an executive director, you are expected to maintain and oversee all aspects of services provided by Surayya Anne Foundation OKC. You must be able to lead and motivate a team to follow protocol and procedures, as well as participate in the creation of new rules. Your responsibilities include overseeing and delegating tasks among the committees of SAF which include, but are not limited to:

  • Organizing and executing programs and activities based in accordance to the mission and goals of Surayya Anne OKC.
  • Strategically developing new protocols and programs to accommodate future changes in this organization.
  • Delegating responsibilities based on the strengths and weaknesses of individuals.
  • Developing an evaluation method to identify areas of improvement.
  • Maintaining connections with partner organizations.
  • Being comfortable with the idea of being a spokesperson and/or face of the organization.

Skills and Experience:

  • Must have worked with a non-profit organization before.
  • Ability to maintain multiple projects, set and change priorities while paying great attention to detail, quality, and punctuality.
  • Ability to work with people in different walks of life.
  • Dependable, self-motivated and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commit to team work with other agencies and groups.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Build connections with outside agencies and maintain a partnership


Surayya Anne Foundation OKC is looking for a Client Care/ Program Manager to be responsible for
organizing client care programs and activities for our organization. This is a hands-on leadership
and management position that requires the ability to motivate and lead the standards and
procedures set in place by the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all
aspects of services provided by SAF OKC which include but are not limited to : 

  • Organizing and Executing client care programs and activities in accordance with the
    mission and goals of the organization.
  • Managing and maintaining Client Intakes, Casework, supervision, material assistance
    and all other actions related to Client programs.
  • Developing new programs to support the strategic direction of the organization. 
  • Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for
  • Ensuring goals are met in areas including Client satisfaction, safety, quality, and team
    member performance.
  • Producing accurate and timely reporting of client database.


  • Previous experience working within a non-profit organization preferred
  • Knowledge of Oklahoma metro resources and projects for individuals below
    poverty level 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set and change priorities while ensuring
    excellent attention to detail, quality and timeliness
  • Ability to work with people with different walks of life
  • Dependable, self -motivated with an ability to work in a fast-paced/diverse
  • Commit to teamwork with other agencies and groups
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

Hours: 15-20 hours /week
Compensation: $14-$16/hr depending upon related experience
